Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
Yes, you will need a Meta Developer Account and a WhatsApp Business phone number. Setting up the API is free for developer sandboxes, and Meta provides 1,000 free service conversations per month for production numbers.
Are there any seat limits for team members?
Our plans are designed to scale with your team: Hobby Free supports up to 2 team seats, the Pro plan supports up to 10 team seats, and the Enterprise plan has no seat limits. Check out our pricing tiers on the homepage for more details.
How are WhatsApp messaging costs calculated?
Message costs are billed directly by Meta based on conversation type (Marketing, Utility, Authentication, or Service) and the customer's country code. waautomates does not charge markup on your messages. You can use the Cost Calculator on our home page to estimate your costs.
