HubSpot & Salesforce Native Sync
Our new enterprise-grade CRM sync ensures your WhatsApp conversations are logged seamlessly into HubSpot and Salesforce. You can now also trigger WAUTOMATES workflows directly from CRM pipeline changes.
Inbox Performance Improvements
We rebuilt the websocket connection for the shared inbox. Messages now render 3x faster, and we fixed an issue where typing indicators would occasionally get stuck for offline agents.
Fixed: Campaign Scheduling Timezones
Resolved a bug where scheduled bulk broadcasts were occasionally sending in UTC instead of the user's local timezone setting.
